Canyon Creek on El Canon Ave near Fins in Calabasas will welcome residents in fall 2011. The 52,825 sq foot, 75-unit project has broken ground and will be rented out to senior citizens who earn 30 to 60% of the Area Median Income. The $21 million project is in close proximity to the farmers market and the shops in Old Town Calabasas.
