We may forget, but we’re just a couple minutes from Universal Studios

Just a stone’s throw away from the neighborhoods of Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Toluca Lake and Valley Village, we often forget about Universal Studios. I recently visited there after years of absence from it. The park has greatly changed since I was last there. There is the “Mummy” ride, which takes you on a roller coaster that is not only scary going forward, but even scarier going backward.
After the park, we went to a lovely dinner at Wolfgang Puck and for a naughty dessert at Sparky’s mini-donuts. I have been dreaming about them ever since. They make any other doughnut take like liver. The best ever!
