“It is not because things are difficult that we do not dare, it is because we do not dare that they are difficult”.  That particularly applies to real estate.  This can be a daunting market and the rules, the strategies and the nuances can be particularly confusing.  So, the choice of a realtor is one of the most important decision one will make in finding representation for themselves.  That choice will make the difference between difficult and manageable, between daunting and reassuring.  What’s happening in the market today?

Well, in Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Tarzana and Woodland Hills, the market is mixed.  Some areas are experiencing a large number of sales.  Prices are mixed, but it seems we are bouncing off a bottom.  We go up a bit and down a bit, but overall, inventory is still somewhat low.  Short sales and bank owned homes may be dragging the market down a bit again, but that’s specific to certain areas.  Get in touch to find out the specifics of what’s happening in your neighborhood…that’s the most important information to most of us!
