Roger Ewing is president of Ewing & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty where he oversees all office operations and expansion. A 29-year veteran of the Southern California real estate industry, Roger brings an exceptional understanding of the trends, opportunities and issues facing buyers, sellers and real estate professionals in the Greater San Fernando and Conejo Valleys. During his prestigious career Roger has held senior executive posts with the John Aaroe division of Prudential California Realty, Coldwell Banker in San Diego, Prudential California realty in North Los Angeles and Merrill Lynch Realty in North Los Angeles. He credits his continued success to his habit of treating real estate agents as his primary clients, enabling them to better serve their customers.He is a member of the Southland Regional Association of Realtors, Conejo Valley Board of Realtors and the Combined Westside Board of Realtors. Ernie Wish, Vice President | Operations and General Counsel
Ernest Allen (Ernie) Wish is Vice President and General Counsel for Ewing & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty. With over 30 years of comprehensive experience in the legal profession, Ernie has a particular expertise with real estate law with an emphasis on real estate brokerage. He earned this distinction over the years by representing the vast majority of the top real estate brokers in the Los Angeles area. Earlier in his career, he gained experience working with two large, well-established law firms where he was the managing partner at each firm.
Ernie holds a bachelors degree from the University of California, Los Angeles where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa and with Highest Honors. He also holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law. While there, he served as Editorial Associate of the Hastings Law Review.
A Southern California native, Ernie resides in Los Angeles. He is a proud supporter of the Las Virgenes School District as well as other important local charities and organizations.

Jeffery Biebuyck, Director of Business Development
Jeffery Biebuyck, Director of Business Development of the Ewing & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty Office, oversees all office operations, expansions, and new agent recruitment. Jeff thrives on using his talented and creative mind to help agents focus on their business and achieve success. As an active role-model and skilled professional, Jeff identifies with the needs of his agents and works with them closely to understand and resolve challenges of all magnitude. With a consistent eye on the future of real estate and a flair for the unconventional, Jeff has a passion for championing innovative marketing methods.
During his accomplished career in the real estate industry, Jeff gained valuable knowledge working with a plethora of different property types. He has experience working on residential, investment, development, and new construction projects. For many years, Jeff was involved in his family’s development and construction business and he has earned a specialty degree in Mechanical Engineering from General Motors.
Prior to real estate, Jeff worked was the C.E.O. of a multimillion dollar company – Dreamline Entertainment’s product and distribution division for DVD movies, music and software.
A native of Detroit, Michigan, Jeff moved to Los Angeles to be involved in the music industry. His favorite aspect of Los Angeles is the diversity and cultures he encounters daily. His wife, Michele is a gallery artist and they have two boys, Max and Brandon. Jeff is passionate about real estate and also enjoys music, art and spending time with his children.

Dave Osman, Branch Manager, Sherman Oaks
Dave’s real estate career encompasses thirty-six years of licensed full time real estate sales & management. During that time, he has personally overseen more than 18,000 transactions, valued at over 9 billion dollars, and during the last 31 years, has managed more than 1,500 agents for major companies in Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, and Los Angeles.
Highlights include fourteen years as vice-president, sales manager, and trainer for Fred Sands Realtors, which at the time, was the largest solely owned real estate company in California with 40+ offices, and 1600+ agents. He also spent six years as a vice-president, manager and trainer for Coldwell Banker, Greater Los Angeles.
Dave was the sole-owner of Osman Realtors, a boutique real estate company of approximately 50 agents in Beverly Hills, which he founded in 2003.
In 2007, Dave merged Osman Realtors into Rodeo Realty, where he was executive vice-president, and branch manager of the Beverly Hills office of Rodeo Realty.
Currently, Dave is the branch manager for Ewing and Associates, Sotheby’s International Realty, Sherman Oaks, Ca.
In the industry, he is widely recognized for his depth of experience, local expertise, stability and integrity. He’s also known for genuinely caring about the people he works with.
Irma Haldane, Branch Manager, Agoura Hills
Irma Haldane, branch manager and estate agent at Ewing & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty, represents buyers and sellers throughout the West San Fernando, Conejo and Simi Valleys with specialization in Agoura, Oak Park, Thousand Oaks, Woodland Hills, West Hills, Camarillo and Westlake Village.
A skilled professional with over 25 years of residential real estate experience, Irma’s clients appreciate her impeccable listening skills, patience and ability to quickly solve problems when they occur. Her longevity in real estate is a result of the enjoyment she receives from helping people find and achieve the home of their dreams. Because of her positive attitude and real estate acumen, much of her business comes from repeat clientele and referrals.
A long time resident of Agoura, Irma moved here in 1963 and greatly enjoys the climate and the diversity of people that the area presents. She is very involved in her community and donates her time to church activities including; Feed the Hungry, Toys for Tots and Painted Turtle. She is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors, has been on the Board of Directors for Conejo Valley Association of Realtors and teaches orientation for new members of the association. Besides real estate, she enjoys playing bridge, reading and travel.

Donna Miller, Director of Relocation Services
Prior to joining Ewing & Associates Donna started the Relocation Department at Century 21 America, where she grew it to one of the most productive in the Century 21 system. She worked there from 1988 until the broker’s retirement in November of 2011.
Donna holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University, earned her CRP – Certified Relocation Professional – designation in 1990 at the first testing and in 2000 she earned her SPHR, Senior Professional in Human Resources from SHRM’s Human Resource Certification Institute.
In past years, Donna’s peers have honored her with the INRELCO exemplary service award and the INRELCO crystal spirit award. She has also served as Chair of the INRELCO’s Corporate Training and Business Generation Committee and was an Associate Director. Donna was the 2006-2007 – President of WSRA and continued to serve 2 more years on ARA’s board as Past-President.
Dana Olmes, Assistant Manager, Calabasas

Tim McLaughlin, Assistant Manager, Sherman Oaks
Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, Tim McLaughlin began his career in real estate after moving to Los Angeles in 1982. Having received his Master’s degree in Communications from the University of Cincinnati, Tim developed essential skills that he utilizes in today’s real estate community. He has developed an intricate network of business relationships that has helped usher him into the select group of high-producing Realtors®.Skilled in residential real estate, Tim has consistently maintained his business with both integrity and genuineness. He realizes that one’s home is of the utmost importance and ingeniously coined the motto: “It’s not just a house, it’s your home.” Indeed, this bears relevance in even today’s market.

When Tim is away from work, he enjoys spending time with his family as well as participating in the Big Brothers program. He is incredibly active in the sport of diving, as he is both the Harvard/Westlake High School Varsity Diving coach and a former member of the U.S. Acapulco Cliff Diving Team. Tim continues to compete in the annual Masters diving competition.
With his emphasis upon family and teamwork, Tim understands the importance of community coalition.
