Roger Ewing is president of Ewing & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty where he oversees all office operations and expansion. A 29-year veteran of the Southern California real estate industry, Roger brings an exceptional understanding of the trends, opportunities and issues facing buyers, sellers and real estate professionals in the Greater San Fernando and Conejo Valleys. During his prestigious career Roger has held senior executive posts with the John Aaroe division of Prudential California Realty, Coldwell Banker in San Diego, Prudential California realty in North Los Angeles and Merrill Lynch Realty in North Los Angeles. He credits his continued success to his habit of treating real estate agents as his primary clients, enabling them to better serve their customers.
He is a member of the Southland Regional Association of Realtors, Conejo Valley Board of Realtors and the Combined Westside Board of Realtors. Irma Haldane, Branch Manager, Agoura Hills
Irma Haldane, branch manager and estate agent at Ewing & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty, represents buyers and sellers throughout the West San Fernando, Conejo and Simi Valleys with specialization in Agoura, Oak Park, Thousand Oaks, Woodland Hills, West Hills, Camarillo and Westlake Village.
A skilled professional with over 25 years of residential real estate experience, Irma’s clients appreciate her impeccable listening skills, patience and ability to quickly solve problems when they occur. Her longevity in real estate is a result of the enjoyment she receives from helping people find and achieve the home of their dreams. Because of her positive attitude and real estate acumen, much of her business comes from repeat clientele and referrals.
A long time resident of Agoura, Irma moved here in 1963 and greatly enjoys the climate and the diversity of people that the area presents. She is very involved in her community and donates her time to church activities including; Feed the Hungry, Toys for Tots and Painted Turtle. She is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors, has been on the Board of Directors for Conejo Valley Association of Realtors and teaches orientation for new members of the association. Besides real estate, she enjoys playing bridge, reading and travel.
Donna Miller, Director of Relocation Services
Prior to joining Ewing & Associates Donna started the Relocation Department at Century 21 America, where she grew it to one of the most productive in the Century 21 system. She worked there from 1988 until the broker’s retirement in November of 2011.
Donna holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University, earned her CRP – Certified Relocation Professional – designation in 1990 at the first testing and in 2000 she earned her SPHR, Senior Professional in Human Resources from SHRM’s Human Resource Certification Institute.
In past years, Donna’s peers have honored her with the INRELCO exemplary service award and the INRELCO crystal spirit award. She has also served as Chair of the INRELCO’s Corporate Training and Business Generation Committee and was an Associate Director. Donna was the 2006-2007 – President of WSRA and continued to serve 2 more years on ARA’s board as Past-President.
Dana Olmes, Assistant Manager, Calabasas

A native Californian raised in the San Fernando Valley, Dana resides in Agoura Hills with her husband Jimmy and their two sons Branden and Michael. She was originally drawn to the real estate profession because it allowed her the flexibility she needed to carve out time to actively participate in her children’s classrooms and lives while growing up. Now that her children are grown, Dana continues to give back to the local community by donating time and resources to important causes such as the Las Virgenes School District, the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, City of Hope and American Oceans Campaign.
