The Chatsworth Neighborhood Council allows residents to run for a position.  This 6:30 p.m., Thursday, community meeting is being run by the Los Angeles Department of Neighborhood Empowerment at Lawrence Middle School, 10100 Variel Ave.  Candidates can register to run beginning December 2.  The election is March 2 with voting at the Chatsworth Train Depot.
