As many of you know, I enjoy knitting as a hobby-making gifts for babies especially my granddaughter, Emma, and for charity. This article impressed me. A dear friend grew up in England. Knitting was part of their curriculum. What a valuable addition this would be to our curriculum! There would be many who would volunteer their time in the schools if this were an option.
