Please take note of your community resurfacing schedule

Concrete Repairs (9/27 – 9/29) = A couple of isolated areas will be closed as needed to make concrete repairs improvements. Through traffic will be permitted Please do not park in areas designated as “No Parking.”
Grinding & Cleaning (9/29 – 10/1 + 10/4 – 10/06) Preparations for paving will begin at 8 a.m. Through traffic will be permitted. Please do not park in areas designated as “No Parking” between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Street parking will be allowed each night to look for available parking outside of the closed Section during that 24 hours period of time.
Street Paving (10/4, 10/6, & 10/7, + 10/11, 10/13 – 10/15) = One section of the complex will be closed each day for paving. Please remove vehicles from the section of pavement schedule for closure by 8 a.m. and plan on remaining off of the street for up to 24 hours. Access to the closed area will be denied to all vehicles once paving has begun. you will need to look for available parking outside of the closed section during that 24 hour period of time.
Finish work and clean up 10/18 – 10/22 = isolated areas will be closed as needed to make final improvements. Through traffic will be permitted at all times only a few closures will be needed during each day. Please do not park in areas designated as “No Parking.”
Trash Days = Street closures have been avoided and trash pickup will continue on schedule.
Attention – The repair procedures create dust. Please close all windows and doors that are adjacent to the streets. Use caution when walking around the construction areas. Please ask a worker for assistance if needed. Drive slowly and be mindful of the safety barricades.
In advance, “No Parking” signs will be posted in areas to be close. Any vehicle left on a section of asphalt pavement scheduled for repairs will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. Call 805.933.0308 for more information.
