What is a Home Warranty?
It is a one year service contract that covers repairs and/or replacement of a home’s major mechanical systems and appliances.
These include: Electrical, interior plumbing, central heating, water heater, ductwork, dishwasher, oven/range/cook top/trash compactor, garbage disposal, fans, doorbell, garage door opener and much more.
Additional coverage’s for Air Conditioning, pool/spa equipment, washer/dryer and refrigerators are available for a minimal cost.
