Halloween at the Country Mart

By: Gracee Arthur

The Malibu Country Mart welcomes everyone to Mali-boo on Sunday, October 31 from 2PM to 4PM for a lot of spooky fun! Participating merchants (displaying orange balloons) will be dispensing candy to trick or treaters and there will be prizes for the best costumes. Dogs are welcome, as well. Because , as we all know, nobody loves treats more than the family dog (even if they have to wear a costume to get some). Toy Crazy is awarding gift certificates to the children with the best costumes. First prize is a $100 certificate, second prize $50. Everyone who participates receives a yummy cupcake from Malibu Kitchen and the best dressed dogs get special treats!

The Malibu Country Mart is located at 3835 Cross Creek Rd. in Malibu. The Country Mart offers a fantastic fun shopping experience for all ages from Ralph Lauren to Toy Crazy and soon the return of Diesel our much beloved book store!

There are also great restaurants like Tradinoi, Howdy’s and a fabulous park for people and dogs alike to enjoy. For more information on the Country Mart go to www.malibucountrymart.com

Have a safe and Happy Halloween!
