Sheri was born and raised in Southern California. She attended college at The American University in Washington D.C. where she received her B.A. degree in 3 majors: Behavioral Science, Art, and Education. After graduating she became a teacher, but she and her husband soon came back to Southern California.
The Karp’s viewed the Conejo Valley as the ideal place to raise a family, and they settled in Morrison Ranch in Agoura Hills in 1983 where they’ve lived ever since.
Sheri’s real estate career began in 1987, and she’s been a successful, full time top producer ever since. Sheri’s achieved superior success in her profession and has been awarded The Top Producer Award every year since 1993.
