If you want to stay close to your cozy Amestoy Estates Encino Home, then you don’t have to go too far.  Head on over to Pierce College and take your friends; you’ll need them to get through the haunted corn maze!

1.  1951 Drag Hunts (Fox hunts) took place in early mornings in the area that is now Ahmanson Ranch.
2.  1953 A scientific team unearthed a 12,000,000 year old Miocene Whale’s bones in a stream on Long Valley.
3.  1954-Polo club was started
4.  1956- First riding ring was built at the corner of Jed Smith & Lewis & Clark for the Polo club & residents
5.  1956-A girls’ baseball team called the Hidden Hills Squirts was formed.
6.  1956- A burro was given to each new homeowner
7.  1957 Population 300
