Locals Catch Bass in Lake Sherwood

By Karen CrystalBass at Lake Sherwood

Roger Ewing, my friend and the broker for my company  Ewing & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty, recently spent a lazy afternoon fishing for wide mouth bass on Lake Sherwood.  An avid fly fisherman, Roger has lived in Conejo Valley for twenty years and has never fished Lake Sherwood.  He said he was amazed at how large the lake is with the various fingers that stretch into the beautiful country side of Lake Sherwood.

Roger was joined by his friends Stu Miller and Carl Swenson.  Stu provided the boat and Carl brought the beer.  It was a great day, evidenced by the photo at right.  Of course, all the fish they caught were released back into the lake.
